We are unable to implement these actions until a period of 30 days is passed due to the post departments tracking procedure. All orders should also be insured by your credit card provider.

Order processing:

All the card orders are processed within one business day. All check orders are processed within 15 days.

Shipping of the tobacco products orders:

Shipping of the cigarettes can be carried out within 10 days after ordering. The shipping costs are indicated in the order processing pages. Acceptance Confirming and placing the order the customer automatically accepts the conditions listed in Terms and Conditions section.
