How can I order online?

How to order tobacco products online?

Very simple, as you can see below:

  • On the Home page of our site you will find all the brands we offer at the left side. Choose your brand and click on it.
  • This will lead you to the selected brand page. Choose one of the cigarette varieties you would like to buy from the given list. It will be automatically added to your shopping cart. If you want to buy more than one brand just click "Back to shopping" from your Shopping Cart and choose another cigarette brand from all available brand list and repeat the procedure.
  • When you finish, click "Go to Secure Checkout". You will be directed to the Secure Server where you have to enter all the required information. Then click "Click to Purchase".
  • After your credit card information is checked you will receive an order confirmation at your e-mail address.
  • After your shopping is finished click on "Go to secure Checkout".
Do you have autodelivery option?
Unfortunately, no.
Can I order by fax?
Unfortunately, it is not available at the moment. This method of payment will be available later.
Can I place an order by telephone?
Unfortunately, no. You can place it online only.
Is there a maximum order?
The maximum number of cigarette packs is influenced by some conditions. Firstly, it depends on your country legislation. Secondly, we limit the number of cigarette cartons with 6 units for first-time customers in our online shop.
How can I check my order status?
When your order is placed, approved or shipped at you will be automatically informed by e-mail. Please, remember we do not ship orders within 24 hours in order to give you a possibility for changing or updating your postal address and/or order items. Please send us an e-mail with the description of your corrections immediately. Please don't forget to indicate your order number when writing on changes in your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours until it is shipped.

We sell cigarette brands manufactured in Europe. The cigarettes offered at satisfy all the requirements of international cigarette standards.

Do you deliver by any mail couriers?
No. We work with ordinary Air mail only.
How long would it take for my order to be delivered?
It usually takes 16-30 days for your order to be delivered. However the delivery process will be improved in the nearest future and our customers can get their orders within 10 days after placing the order on our site.
I have bought and paid for 6 cartons and got only 4 at the moment. Please explain.
We always ship the entire order to our customs check simultaneously. Sometimes customs and post do not manage processing all the parcels in one day and this causes the delay between parcels arrival. Please expect your order to arrive soon.
Why can't you send me a single parcel containing more cartons?
We ship cigarettes in parcels containing 2 cartons because of customs issues and taxes.


Will you offer other brands in the future?
Yes, we always extend the variety of cigarette brands offered on our site. Please visit us weekly and check for updates.
Do you provide any information about your customers or use it in advertising purposes?
All the information is used only for delivery and order tracking process. We do not provide any information about our customers in no circumstances. All personal information is treated according to the International Privacy Laws.
Do you provide any information to US Federal or State Customs?
No. Please, be sure that we never do that.
Will I get my money back or have the goods replaced if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged?
We guarantee 100% money back or order resending if you do not get your order for some reason. If you want your money back please contact our support center and we will fund your credit card. Please do NOT charge your money back through credit card companies.
My credit card was charged for my order but when I log on your site the order status in Unpaid. What should I do?

What does the word "parcel" mean?
Parcel is a package with maximum volume of 2 cartons packed in order your cigarettes to reach you in a perfect condition.
Do you offer any free catalogues (e.g. Marlboro Miles)?
Is there any difference between the white and the brown filter of Marlboro Lights?
